FORMER EastEnders favourite Nick Berry makes a sensational return to Albert Square tonight – to say a final farewell to his character’s mum Pat Evans.

Final farewell ... fans will be sad to see the back of Pat Evans

All credit to the big End for Pat

EASTENDERS fans must watch Pat’s farewell right to the END of the credits.

Nick, 48, who played Simon Wicks, has been lured back along with screen brother David, played by Michael French.

And instead of making a grand entrance, Simon will be seen sneaking to his mum Pat Evans’ grave in the dead of night – at the end of the tearjerker episode.

He will appear after the Albert Square legend is laid to rest at an emotionally charged funeral – right at the END of the credits.

Producers want Nick and Michael to help give soap star Pam St Clement, 69 – who played Pat – a rousing send-off.
